Olga has more than 14 years of experience. She was involved in Oil sector, since 2010, starting in KCA Deutag GmbH, Russian subdivision in an International Training, Occupational Safety and Global Competence brunch. She was involved in course planning, organization, training and Global Competence System programs development. As well as rig crews and maintenance stuff auditing and on job training. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education, as well as advanced Trainings in Occupational Safety and Lead Auditor degree.
